About FeelYoga

FeelYoga exists because most yoga content online is either a thirty-second video with no explanation or an article written for search engines instead of people. We wanted the thing in between: a complete, calm reference you can actually practice from.

The heart of the site is the pose library — every pose in every major style, including the full fixed sequences of Ashtanga and Bikram, with plain-English steps, Sanskrit names and what they mean, honest difficulty ratings, modifications that use props without apology, and clear notes on when to skip a pose entirely.

We're independent and small on purpose. No autoplay videos, no pop-ups mid-practice, no pretending a stretch will cure anything. The pose library is free and stays free; we plan to earn our keep with printable practice tools and self-paced programs for people who want them.

One honest caveat: we're a reference, not your teacher. If you're new, injured, or pregnant, a few classes with a good in-person teacher are worth more than any website — including this one.

Get in touch

Corrections to alignment cues, Sanskrit, or sequence order are genuinely welcome and get priority — this is a reference, so errors in it matter. Questions, deletion requests, and anything about your purchases go to the same place.

A real person reads it. We’re small, so allow a couple of days.
