Feel restored
Rest is a skill. These practices teach it.
After hard training, long travel, illness, or simply a brutal week, the body needs genuine downtime — not collapse-on-the-couch time, which often leaves you stiffer. Restorative shapes put joints in easy mid-range positions and let gravity and support do the work.
Expect nothing dramatic. The poses are held for minutes, propped with pillows and blankets, and the only instruction that matters is to be slightly more comfortable than you think you're allowed to be.
