The Wall Reset

One wall, ten minutes, most of a yoga practice.

A blank wall is the most underrated prop in yoga: it gives honest feedback on alignment, takes weight when you need support, and turns hard poses into accessible ones. This practice never leaves it.

Use it anywhere a clear patch of wall exists — office, hallway, hotel. The finale, Legs Up the Wall, is reason enough on its own.

Back to the wall: heels, hips, shoulder blades, head. That's your posture baseline.

    The reason this practice exists.

Breath

Ordinary calm breathing; use the wall's steadiness to let the breath be lazy.
