Park Practice
Twenty minutes of open-air yoga — grass optional, shoes optional.
Practicing outside trades the studio's controlled floor for moving air, uneven ground, and things worth looking at — a good trade. Ground that isn't flat sharpens balance; a sky overhead changes how big a reach feels.
This is a complete general practice: standing work while the energy is high, floor work as it settles, stillness at the end. A mat or thick towel handles the floor section; shade beats sun for everything after the warriors.
