Standing Strength

Twenty minutes of warrior work. Legs will know.

20 minutesModerateintermediateNeeds: Mat

Held standing poses are yoga's squat rack. Warriors, Chair, and Goddess load the legs and hips isometrically — no impact, no equipment, and a heart rate that climbs surprisingly fast when the holds get honest.

Sink only as deep as you can hold with steady breath for the full count. The pose you can breathe in is the pose that's training you.
