The Five-Minute Morning
The minimum effective dose of morning movement.
Five minutes is short enough to survive any morning — kids, flights, deadlines — and long enough to change how the next few hours feel. This is the routine to memorize: five shapes, no equipment, done in pajamas beside the bed.
It follows a simple arc: reach up, fold down, wake the spine, open the front body, stand still. If you only ever learn one FeelYoga practice, make it this one.
